Koko's Farm Life
A koala with a Federation checklist, one plot of Earth soil and a deadline. Koko lands with three orders: build the base, grow the farm, host the festival. It's a hand-drawn farming game where every harvest is earned with a well-timed tap, and it runs about two to three hours from landing to the festival. This is a game players finish, not a farm that runs forever.

Why it fits your portal
A skill layer inside a cozy genre
Every crop asks for a well-timed tap. Water inside the 3-second combo window and the yield bonuses stack; miss the 40-second wither window and the crop dies. Underneath the cozy surface there is something to actually play, minute to minute.
Retention built in, already shipped
Two 10-minute cooldown returns (prize wheel and free-seed grant), 2-minute shipping contracts, rotating special-rate requests, animal producers that keep working between visits, and one always-visible completion gauge.
Original IP, professionally animated
Koko and Zip are wholly-owned characters, carried by 18 Spine skeletal rigs, four animated story cutscenes, original hand-drawn art and original music. Nothing in the build is licensed, so there is no IP risk to inherit.
Mobile web is not an afterthought
Portrait and landscape camera tiers, iOS Safari viewport handling and a touch-scaled UI, all held in place by a visual-regression suite that runs continuously at phone, tablet and desktop resolutions. The build above plays exactly the same on a phone.
